...most efficient and easy to use tool.

CEO, Odacité Skincare
Valerie Grandury
Valerie: It has changed the way we work and turned our internet research into the most efficient and easy to use tool. I'm an entrepreneur and when I launched my latest company I needed to do quite a bit of research. I had been so disappointed in the past when trying to get back to a saved linked in my browser's bookmark, I could not find it or if I did, it no longer existed, or the article that was of most importance to me was only available if I paid for it.

So I looked for software that would allow me to save my searches once and for all, that would also help me organize it, retrieve it as well as share it with some of my employees. You were easy to set up for the technology-challenged person that I am, just dragged your "save" button on my toolbar, and I was ready to create my new project. It has become part of our daily routine, checking the "recent Activity" in Archivd like email. We use the "picture" view a lot for presentation, and your search button is fabulous. Thank you guys.

Odacité is a company offering high-end, non-toxic skincare. Their major challenge is to always be on the lookout for new products, watch competition and deal with typical start up problems. Odacité has 3 employees so far. We wish them luck! www.odacite.com

you can access it anywhere you are

Director, ATA
Isabel Fondevila
Isabel: I do event programming for Artists' Television Access and co-direct its Film & Video Festival. Putting together our current Film and Video Festival involves a team of 6 researchers, and we use Archivd. We use Archivd to track information on websites and blogs such as festivals and events, and to keep track of prospective filmmakers for future programming and future partners. I also use Archivd for job hunting and to work on my latest film research project, for which I am compiling articles and sites related to American Indian water issues.

The major advantage of Archivd is that you can share your research with a team and check what the recent activity has been. For example, the research team for the Film Festival communicates through the notes section. Also, Archivd is online so you can access it anywhere you are, at any time, and so can the others on your Team, so the research can really build momentum. Also, you can create your own columns as you need them, and customization like this is everywhere and very cool. I recommend Archivd to anybody who wants to effectively save info found on the web and especially if they have any interest in organizing it and sharing it. I also especially recommend it to people doing collaborative marketing and outreach, and anyone who needs to track their work as well as the work of other people who are doing research online.

Artists' Television Access is a nonprofit, all-volunteer, artist-run, experimental media arts gallery that has been in operation since 1984. Their major challenge is to collaborate on web search to keep track of events, partners and potential future programming. ATA organizes many fascinating events and we wish them luck! www.atasite.org

Secure archiving will quickly become critical

Editor, Yahoo News
Victor Thompson
Victor: Hi Archivd Team! I am a freelance journalist currently working for Yahoo! Inc. I use Archivd to save interesting links and articles that I read. It lets me easily go back and see the exact version of the story or document that I need, plus dates it and tags it for easy searching. I use it for my work and by myself. I recommend this to anyone who wants to accurately track the first draft of history as documents, opinions and interactive work environments transition to the digital realm. Paper-based news is on the decline and on-demand, secure archiving will quickly become critical in the never-ending effort to hold our vital institutions accountable. Thanks!
